Hence, corrections under this include functional and aesthetic outcomes, while preserving vascularity sensibility Aim : To evaluate superomedial septal-based reduction patients hypertrophy on Nipple Areola Complex (NAC) vascularity, overall complications. Patients Methods: A total 29 bilateral underwent pedicle septal perforated technique. The mean distance SN-N was 36.9 cm right side 37.4 left side. transfer nipple–areola 18.2 18 excised tissue 1283 g from 1240 Results: Postoperatively, 21.5 both limited wound dehiscence occurred four (13.8%), impaired nipple sensation three (10.1%), infection found one patient (3.4%). Conclusions: In our study, using perforator provided safe reliable including macromastia gigantomastia. It minimized risk vascular compromise NAC. show minor complications provide good outcomes.
